LJH Student To Be Chosen to Attend Joint Session of Congress

Lytle Junior High is sponsoring a contest where a student will get to attend the Joint Session of Congress in Washington, D.C.!

One winner will be chosen.  Winner will receive airfare and hotel accommodations to Washington, D.C.  to attend the Joint Session of Congress on February 28, 2017.  Airfare and accomodations will be for both student and one parent.

Student must submit a 5 paragraph essay over the topic:  “What is the Role of the President”.  Essay must be typed and submitted by 4:00pm, Tuesday February 7, 2017 to the office.

 Submitted essays and student interviews will be used to decide the winner.
